Greenwood
Greenwood, incorporated in 1956, is a “donut-shaped” community that circles St. Alban’s Bay. Its lakefront property of Excelsior Bay faces Big Island. Most of Greenwood was formerly known as Meadville Park. Greenwood is home to a well-known public attraction, the Old Log Theater, which opened in 1940.
